The Division of Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) is formed by surgeons devoted to techniques which minimize trauma to the patient during major and minor procedures. In order to pass on the benefits of MIS, the division trains fellows, residents and practising surgeons in minimally invasive surgical techniques through conferences, publications, courses and proctoring.
